The Clarington Toros Minor Bantam 'A' team have captured the title of Lakeshore Champions after a hard-fought 4-3 overtime victory against the Kingston Canadians! Truly a remarkable season with multiple bouts of adversity, this team came together in an awe-inspiring display of puck movement and team play. Excitement, relief, and a firm sense of accomplishment swept the Toros' faithful Sunday evening at Invista Centre in Kingston; a feeling that will not soon be forgotten.

The Clarington Toros Minor Bantam 'A' squad has been through multiple tests this season, sporting a current regular season record of 15 wins, 6 losses, and 1 tie vs. Northumberland. These Toros have battled through plenty of adversity, but they seem to be turning a corner as the OMHA Playdowns loom in January. Improving the mental game as while as the physical game has been the preferred topic of conversation around the room, but Fortnite, "Chel", and Black Ops 4 still have their place. Either way, these Toros have battled hard so far and should put up a good showing in the Playdowns.

The Clarington Toros Minor Bantam 'A' team has started the 2018-19 season with a bang, going 5-0-1 in the first 6 games of the season; good enough for top spot in the Lakeshore division. The athletes have fought through some adversity this season, dealing with injuries, suspensions, and some very talented teams. However, with hard work, some newly-developed camaraderie, and some excellent goaltending, the Toros seem like the team to beat this upcoming season.

The Clarington Toros Minor Bantam 'A' brought their best in Ajax's 'Break The Ice' Tournament this weekend. The athletes were able to remain undefeated for the majority of the tournament, clinching 1st seed in the preliminary rounds and making it to the final game after a pair of narrow victories against the Pickering Panthers and Whitby Wildcats.
