U14 A Minor Bantam Boys came home with their first tournament win of the year; the Peter Mancuso November Challenge held in Niagara Falls.  Undefeated during the week-end they met the Niagara Flyers for Sundays Championship Game.  3-1 win to take home Gold!  What makes this even more exciting is we defended our 2019 Win, becoming back-to-back Peter Mancuso Champions!
First tournament for almost 2 years, it was amazing to see the boys having fund, bonding and getting back to 'normal'.  Parents enjoyed getting to know each other, with details not fit for publication.

The CMHA has implemented a new payment structure for the upcoming season.   Registration fees will now be directly paid online to the CMHA after the athlete has successfully made a CMHA Team. The registration cost will no longer be grouped together with the team fees at team level. The online payment now gives families access to use credit card. The registration fee is estimated to be $2000 for the 2020/21 Season. Read More

Rowan Stringer was a high school rugby player in Ottawa. She died in the spring of 2013 from a condition known as second impact syndrome (swelling of the brain caused by a subsequent injury before a previous injury healed). Rowan is believed to have experienced three concussions over six days while playing rugby. She had a concussion, but didn't know her brain needed time to heal. Neither did her parents, teachers, or coaches. Read More
