The Atom AA Toros have come home as champions from the Oshawa Hockey Fest Tournament
The boys once again went down to defeat 3-1 in their first game of the tournament, only to avenge that loss in the finals. In their next two games against tough opposition they won 3-1 and 2-0 to advance to the Semi Finals against the host Oshawa Minor Generals.
In the Semi finals a strong 5-2 win got us back to face the Peterborough Petes for Gold. In a tough game the boys managed to pull out a 2-0 win after facing a lot of adversity in the game.
Congratulations to the coaches, staff, and players on a great win and as always thank you to the family and friends who came out to support the boys in the final.
