Toros start the season strong
The Minor Atom AA Toros opened up the season tonight in an action packed game against the Whitby Wildcats.
The Toros dominated the game from the start with an early goal by Kadykalo.
The 2nd period saw the Toros kill a 5 on 3 powerplay with excellent defense and teamwork. A goal by Dobbs set the Toros ahead 2-1 to end the period.
Another goal by Dobbs in the 3rd and a mistake at the Whitby net saw the Toros up 4-1 to take the win.
The team now looks toward their next season game against Pickering this weekend. Great start to the season, boys!
