Awards Night

April 11th, 2018 7:30 P.M. (Minor Peewee, Peewee, Minor Bantam, Bantam) Location: Hall at Rickard Arena
In order to make the awards run smoothly we have a few requests;
1) a)The awards ceremony for Tyke to Bantam will be starting promptly at 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm so please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your time slot to have spectators find a place to sit in their section and for teams to sit quietly in their assigned team section within the Hall.
Reminder: The stage and the area where the teams are allocated are only for team staff and players. Spectators are to stay in the back of the hall only where their seating section has been allocated. NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED WITHIN PLAYER AND STAFF AREA.
2) Dress code for the awards is either off ice game attire or Toros warm-up suits.
3) In order to keep the awards ceremony on time we ask that only Toros awards are recognized. If you are planning on distributing individual player awards please do so at an individual team event instead.
4) All players who are nominated for a memorial will receive a nomination plaque. The winner of the award will also receive an additional award for being selected.
5) Reminder that only Tyke to Bantam will be receiving a CMHA participation trophy.
6) Please inform all team and staff members that there will be No Food allowed in the hall for the tyke and bantam evening.
7) There will be pictures taken at the ceremony and maybe published. Please let all the parents know and if there are any that wish not to be included to let me know before awards night.
