Calendar Issues
It seems like some people are having issues getting calendars into their phones and in my case into my outlook calendar at work by using the mycal site and downloading the .ics file.  The other option is to subscribe to a feed which is the second option on our team webpage.  You can subscribe to games, practices and other events and it will automatically update.  Android based phones seem to be the biggest problem and google calendars have issues as well.  When you download the .ics file it doesn't automatically update whereas a feed does.  Here is how I set mine up.  Hope it helps
