South Ajax Golf Club first opened as Brouwer Nursery and Petting Park in 1999 while the par 3 executive course, designed by Kevin Holmes was being built on the north east corner of the land. Originally named Whistling Wind (now the “Wind” course) opened for play in 2000. For the next 3 years, the championship par 36 layout was designed and built along with the driving range. Flanking the west and south sides of the property Lake Breeze (now the “Breeze” course) and the practice facility opened for use in 2003.
