The Finley Roofing Toros Peewee AE team earn a spot in the OMHA semifinals!!!!
After a successful regular
season filled with hard work, commitment and a never give up attitude the Toros
Peewee AE team entered the OMHA playdowns against the Ajax Knights. Sweeping
the Knights in three straight, outscoring them 25 to 5. Our second round opponents
were the Uxbridge Stars. We won the first two games with great goaltending and
lots of hard work. Losing the third game, a heartbreaker in overtime. It was
the first time the team had lost a game since DEC 7th/2015. The boys
came back to win the fourth a defensive battle on the road carrying them into
the semifinals. Our next opponents are the Aurora Tigers. First Game is Friday February
26th at 7:30pm GRB. Come out and cheer our boys on!!!!! GO TOROS GO !!!!!!!!
