CMHA provides teams with Anti-Bullying presentations
Submitted By Andrew Mundy on Thursday, July 13, 2017
The CMHA prides itself on providing a positive, fun learning atmosphere for its athletes. In keeping with these beliefs, the CMHA will be providing each of its teams with an anti-bullying presentation. These presentations will focus on providing our athletes with the tools to have healthy, respectful relationships with their team mates and coaching staff.

The anti-bullying sessions are an organizational priority for the CMHA. It is imperative that all players and on bench staff take part in this training. We have attempted to complete the training in August before the busy part of the hockey schedule begins. We have also attempted where possible, to have the training coincide with an already scheduled practice to minimize the impact on our Toro families busy schedules.

The training is divided by age groups (Tyke to Peewee and Minor Bantam to Midget). If you are unable to attend your teams presentation for any reason, please consult the full schedule on the website and have your child attend another date with another team---please be certain to ensure that the date you choose is appropriate to your child’s age group and advise your team staff of the date you will be attending.

It is the responsibility of the coaching staff and administrative managers to track team attendance.

Thank you
