Coaching Applications Now Being Accepted for the 2021/2022 season.

Applications will be open until 12:00AM May 21, 2021  Please click on the link below to fill out the form.

Please note that while we plan to return to 5 on 5 hockey, we will not be able to perform any activities until we have authorization form the Government of Ontario, the OMHA, and OHF.  This is out of the control of the CMHA and we will not be able to provide an answer on a return to play until the authorities deem it appropriate.
