Minor PeeWee A's Celebrate Fearless Foreman and Become Champions in Niagara Falls
On November 1 the Clarington Minor PeeWee A Toros went to Niagara Falls to celebrate Adam "Fearless" Foreman and help him say a big FU to Cancer as he finished his last round of chemotherapy to claim victory over the terrible disease that he has been courageously fighting for the past 3 years.

As a thank you to his teammates Foreman lead the Toros through a tough 16 team tournament to become Champions of the 5th Annual Peter Mancuso November Challenge.

Foreman opened the tournament picking up a goal and an assist in a 7-2 victory over the TNT Tornado. Ari Jukic and Brandon Rytwinski both added a pair of goals, while Maddox Dwyer and Simon VanReen added singles.

Later Friday the Toros came up a little short against the great goaltending of the Vaughn Rangers. Despite being outshot 24-10, the Rangers managed to come up with two surprising unanswered goals in a span of 13 seconds in the third period. Vaughn held on through a late third period barraging to take the game 2-1. The Toros lone goal came from Jukic.

This did not discourage the Toros who returned to the rink on Saturday to face another tough goaltender with the Richmond Hill Stars. Again outshooting and outplaying their opponent the Toros registering 25 shots to the Stars 14. This time they came out ahead with the 2-1 victory with goals from Hunter Biss and Dwyer.

In the Semi-Finals they squared off against a determined Innisfil Winterhawks squad. Innisfil fought hard, however the Toros were now on a role and picked up the 3-1 win with goals from Jukic, Van Reenen and Rytwinski, as well as some timely saves from Jacob Pennington.

In the Finals the Toros faced off against the Toronto Avalanche. The two teams battled hard to a first period draw. The second period was a different story as the Toros fired in 3. Two from Jukic and another from Biss.  As the third period got underway Fearless Foreman wrapped up the celebration in absolute style when he was awarded a penalty shot. He did not disappoint as he sniped a laser into the top of the net and sealed the Championship with a 4-0 victory and shutout for Rhys Diamond.

Congratulations Toros and Fearless Foreman!!
