Tournament Terms and Conditions 2025
A system generated message will be sent acknowledging tournament registration, however this does not guarantee entry.
· Registration to the tournament will be secured on a first come, first paid basis until all divisions are filled.
· Confirmation of acceptance to the tournament will be provided upon full receipt of payment.
· Tournament fees are non-refundable 45 days prior to tournament start date. If a team should withdraw prior to 45 days of tournament start date, a full refund less $100.00 administration fee will be issued.
· Team withdrawal due to Covid-19 by order of the Public Health Unit, will be issued a full refund.

o Tournament fee of $1800.00 CAD can be paid by mailed cheque or etransfer
