The Minor Atom AA Toros completed a perfect undefeated tournament by going 6 & 0 to win the London Jr. Knights AA Green and White Tournament.
The team were relentless throughout with their forechecking and backchecking which shut down other teams chances on many occasions. The goaltending was there to snuff out many opportunities as well with a GAA of 2.00 for the tournament.
All 17 kids came out of the tournament with their heads, medals, and the championship trophy held high. The hard work of the players and coaches was a sight to see and the team work was second to none. The parents and fans can be proud of their players and their own contributions whether it was cheering on the boys or feeding the hungry parents with late night runs for cheeseburgers.
