Lakeshore Playoffs
Novice A Toro boys started their second round of playoffs this past Saturday March 3rd in Peterborough vs the Ptbo A team.
They came out flying in the first period and didn't stop. Our offense kept the opposing team in their own end for most of the game. Pure domination and solid defense had the boys come out on top, 2-1. Goals from B. Van Dam and T. Elson. Solid goal tending from R. Williamson.
Sunday March 6, saw the boys play the Peterborough AE team in the second game of this round robin playoff. With a solid offense and stellar defense, they won with a final score of 3-2. Goals from D. MacNeill, A. Kadykalo and J. Schuster. Closing the door on the opposing team in net was C. Doyle.
Games 3 & 4 are this coming weekend on home ice. GO TOROS GO!
