Toros Come Back vs Pickering
The Play It Again Sports Atom AA Toros played another tight checking game on Saturday afternoon vs Pickering.  The two teams both came out with lots of jump in their step, with chances going either way for both teams.

Goal tender O. McColm held his ground and made some key saves keeping the score even at zero.

C. Howard opened the scoring for the Toros one timing a loose puck infront of Pickerings goal tender going high over the blocker side making it 1-0
Pickering would battle back strong with 2 goals pulling into the lead 2-1.  The Toros didn't let that get to them on this day as they stayed to the system and worked even harder. Chance after chance, slowly stealing the momentum from Pickering.  Pickering player covered the puck with his hand in the crease midway through the 3rd period leading to a penalty shot.  With the pressure increasing, C. Cole stepped up to take the penalty shot.  Coach Jay called him to the bench to ask him what move he was going to do.... High Blocker side coach was his answer, and that is exactly what C.Cole did evening the score at 2.
The rest of the game belonged to the Toros as they continued with pressure in Pickerings zone.  R. Campbell would create some attention in the corner as 2 Pickering players pressured him, he dished the puck to C.Cole in the slot for Cole's 2nd of the period, beating Pickering goaltender low between the legs.  A few shifts later and the time on the clock ticking away, R. Campbell and C. Cole would come together again, with Campbell finding Cole in the High Slaught for a one timer low corner, completing the natural Hat Trick for 97 C.Cole.
O.McCom shut the door for the remainder of the game as Pickering pressed nearing the end, but could make anything happen as the rest of the Toros pulled together and had a great team effort getting back into the winning column with a 4-2 Victory.
