The season has not officially started, however, our boys are getting to know each other throughout the summer which is a great sign as to what this season is going to be like!
Thank you again to the Brandt's for hosting our first team gathering. It was a huge success as parents, siblings and players got to know each other.
Coach Darryl is having fun organizing dryland activities throughout the summer. Any time we can get the boys together in a fun, non competitive environment is going to help them bond and truly form a team for the season.
Our fundraising is on the go thanks to Clare! the North County Meat and Seafood sales were a big success, we are collecting proceeds monthly from Mabels Labels, the Halendas pepperettes are declicious and the bottle drive has been great! Don't forget to get your skates sharpened at Superior Edge in Bowmanville as $1 goes back to the team with every sharpening. This adds up quickly!
